I would uninstall any 3rd party antivirus and try running only built-in Defender which gives adequate protection, least issues, and is from Microsoft who knows how to protect their OS best. Norton or McAfee, but we have solved many problems over the years by having them uninstalled.

It is running okay but IĪny idea is it system or is it a new version of 1903? It was the system!! Since updated to 1903, it changed everything in my Windows and messed up with my system. I forced myself to switch from Public to Private but each time I either I restarted or Shutĭown, it switched back to Public. I tried to reset up Private network in Window Defender Firewall and then either Restarting or Shut Down, the system turns back to Public from Private in Network. The system automatically changed Window Defender Firewall from Private to Public on a network (the same thing goes with AVAST). Now I noticed there is an issue related to Firewall, Window Defender Firewall, and Avast Firewall with Network. Use it) as I set up as "Private” in Network.
